Dear Nexus Community Users:

To further enrich the asset portfolio of the Alpha section, Nexus will launch a new subscription project —— the IWC Initial Quota Subscription Event. The specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Subscription Information

  1. Subscription Token: IWC

  2. Price per Unit: 100 USDT

  3. Contents per Unit: 1,000 IWC tokens

  4. Deadline: March 01, 2026, 00:00 (UTC)

II. Subscription Rules

  1. This event adopts an over-subscription mechanism;

  2. All users can submit subscription applications. After the subscription period ends, the system will allocate quotas based on the quantity of ASC+ANT and IWC_ST+ANT dual token staking burn products held by users;

  3. Over-subscribed portions will be automatically refunded through the original payment method without manual operation;

  4. Final subscription results and IWC distribution timing will be announced uniformly after the event concludes.
