To accommodate the continuous growth of our user base and ensure service stability and processing performance, Nexus recently completed a system expansion upgrade. This upgrade primarily involved the optimization and adjustment of underlying databases and server resources.
During this upgrade process, a very small number of users experienced brief data discrepancies due to synchronization delays in certain nodes. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Our team identified and resolved the issue immediately. All affected data has now been fully restored, and no further action is required from users.
