This transforms large-scale real estate investments, previously accessible only to high-net-worth individuals, into smaller, affordable investment opportunities for more people.

Asset information (property deeds, appraisal reports, rental income) can be recorded on-chain for investors to view at any time.
Blockchain smart contracts automatically distribute rental income, reducing human operational risk.

Global investors can directly purchase real estate tokens via crypto wallets without being restricted by local laws or banking systems.
This promotes global capital flow and enhances real estate project financing.
