2. Information All InX collects
2.1 Information you provide during registration
When you create an All InX account, you will be asked to provide personal information including contact information (email address, name and password). You can also choose to add a mobile phone number for 2FA verification of your SMS or Google Authenticator account for additional security.
2.2 Information collected when verifying user identity
In order to comply with global regulatory standards such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF), All InX requires identity verification for both personal and business accounts. This requires the collection of official proof of identity. In addition, we also require customers to upload images, which will be used to verify the user's identity to assist in completing KYC certification and deactivating Google Authenticator-related operations and certifications. The platform will adopt strict security standards and measures to encrypt user data and protect user privacy, ensuring that only the user can access and change his or her own data; the platform will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect the user's personal information and will not share the uploaded image information with third parties outside the All InX platform.
2.3 Information collected when using the service
By using the All InX platform, we also monitor and collect tracking information related to usage, such as access date and time, device identification, operating system, browser type, and IP address. This information may be obtained directly by All InX or through third-party services. These service usage data help ensure that our interface is accessible to all platform users and can provide assistance during criminal investigations.
2.4 Transaction information
For all personal and corporate user accounts, we collect transaction information, including deposit snapshots, account balances, transaction history, withdrawals, order activity, and distribution history. This transaction data is used to monitor suspicious transaction activity, to protect users from fraud, and to assist in the resolution of legal cases.
3. Why All InX collects this information
3.1 To provide and maintain our services
We use the information collected to provide our services and authenticate users.
We use the IP address and unique identifiers stored on your device to help us authenticate your identity and provide services. Due to our legal obligations and system requirements, we cannot provide you with services without data such as identity information, contact information, and transaction-related information.
3.2 Protecting our users
We use the information collected to protect our platform, user accounts, and profiles.
We use IP addresses and cookie data to prevent automated abuse such as spam, phishing, and distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
We analyze transaction activity with the goal of detecting suspicious behavior early to prevent potential fraud and loss of funds.
3.3 Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
We respect the privacy and security of your data stored on All InX and rely on it to comply with regulations, government requests, and user-generated inquiries. We do not disclose or provide any personal information to third parties without review by our legal case team and/or prior consent from the user.

We actively measure and analyze data to understand how our services are used. This review activity is conducted by our operations team to continuously improve the performance of the platform and resolve issues in the user experience.

We use collected personal information, such as email addresses, to interact directly with users, provide customer support or keep informed of logins, transactions and security. Without processing your personal information to confirm each communication, we will not be able to respond to the requests, questions and inquiries you submit. All direct communications are confidential and reviewed internally for accuracy.
3.6 Enforcing our Terms of Use and Other Agreements
It is important for us and our customers to continuously review, investigate and prevent any prohibited or illegal activities that may violate our Terms of Service. For the benefit of our entire user base, we carefully enforce our agreements with third parties and actively investigate violations of our posted Terms of Use. All InX reserves the right to terminate any user who violates our Terms of Use.
4. How All InX protects user data
All InX has implemented a number of security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, misused or altered. Our data security measures include, but are not limited to: PCI scanning, encryption technology, pseudonymization, internal data access restrictions, and strict physical access controls to buildings and documents. Please note that no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we ask that you understand that it is your responsibility to independently take security precautions to protect your own personal information.

5. Cookies and Other Technologies
We use cookies (and local storage objects collectively referred to as "Cookies" in this notice), web beacons/tags, and other related methods to collect information about your use of our website. In order to provide one-click sharing services, our application integrates Umeng+ U-Share SDK, which collects your device identification information (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA, etc.) and public information of social accounts to share information with social accounts. For the security of your information, we have signed a data security confidentiality agreement with Umeng+, and they will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. 7. Disclosure to Legal Authorities
We may share your personal data with law enforcement, data protection agencies, government officials, and other relevant authorities as follows:

8. International transfers of personal data
We store and process your personal data in data centers around the world, regardless of where All InX's facilities or service providers are located. 9. Retention of Personal Data

Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or based on your consent, we will process the data until you ask us to stop, and for a short period of time thereafter (so that we can implement your request). Where we process personal data for website security purposes, we will retain it for three years.
